Liquorland's Supplier Portal

UX Lead, Liquorland (Foodstuffs NZ), March 2023 – August 2025
Concepts/Prototyping Technology production Strategy/Management Service Design

Liquorland had a critical business problem, it was using spreadsheets to confirm and distribute promotions and rebates between its ~175 stores and 60 preferred suppliers each month. Over the course of two and half years we built a custom web application to replace these business processes.

Estimated total for online shopping

Delivering on the design principle of trust we updated the online checkout to use "Estimated total" to help customers, increasing conversion rates, incremental revenue and reducing call centre issues due to misunderstanding of how payment works for online shopping.

Air Traffic Controller Operational Tool UX Design

Project to design an operational tool's user interface for Air Traffic Controllers in New Zealand to be used in radar centres. The new tool had to replace existing methods for Controllers to assist pilots with safety procedures.

My role: Lead UX Designer for this 2-month project.

Project to design a system which meets the needs/workflow of Doctors, Nurses and Technicians, addresses existing equipment issues and reduces overall procedure time, whilst not interrupting patient standards of care.

My role: Lead UX Researcher & Analyst for this 9-month project.
